The performance UGC system for Meta Ads.
Hotline is purpose-built for briefing creators, shipping their videos to Meta, and paying royalties on the revenue those videos actually earn.
A new deal for creative work. Built for brands running UGC at volume. Hotline ties every video to the revenue it produced and pays the creator a share of it.
Approve, reject, or request revisions on each piece of creative inside of the app.
Upload one at a time or bulk upload ads into existing adsets or new adsets all together via our upload flow.
Balances accrue across all of your creators daily, allowing you payout and notify all creators in one go.
Make creative review
self-driving
Turn a roster of creators into a queue you can clear in a sitting. Briefs, uploads, revisions and product requests all land in one place, routed to the person who decides.
Ship creative
into Meta
Pick the ad account, the campaign and how ads should be built. Hotline writes paused drafts into your Business Manager, named so Media Buyer knows what they're switching on.
Define the terms
of the deal
Choose the share of revenue, then cap what any one video can earn and hold the balance until it clears. Save that as your default, raise it for a creator worth more, and it travels with the invite so nobody signs blind.
Understand what
each video earned
Spend and revenue sync from your ad account against the creator who made the content. Both sides read the same ledger, so a royalty is never a matter of trust.
Settle the roster
in one pay run
Cleared balances group into a single run. Approve it and Stripe Connect pays every creator directly. The money never passes through Hotline, and neither do their bank details.
“We went from six ads a month to thirty without onboarding any new creators. Because the creators see their ad stats they’ve started to pitch us hooks instead of waiting for the next brief.”

“I can see which videos are performing live and quickly self iterate off the winners. I’ve never had that type of instant clarity from a brand before, and it’s changed the way I now make my creatives.”

Hotline pays out to 640+ creators across Australia, New Zealand & United States of America.
Customer stories →Works on top of
the stack you run
Hotline connects to the ad account and store you already run, with scoped permissions and nothing migrated. Revoke access tomorrow and every ad you have live keeps running.
Live in days, inside
accounts you control
Setup is a terms page, an invite list and two integrations. Most teams run their first pay run inside a week.
Scoped permissions, paused drafts only. Revoke access and nothing you're running stops.
Creators onboard to Stripe Connect directly, so payouts land in their own account without Hotline touching the money.
Terms, roster and integrations live in one workspace. Nothing to migrate, and no implementation project to schedule.
Pricing that scales
with your roster
One subscription for the whole pipeline: briefs, submissions, Meta uploads, attribution and pay runs. Royalties are paid direct to creators through Stripe.

What is a UGC platform?
A UGC platform connects brands with creators who film product videos, and manages the brief, the submissions and the roster in one place. Hotline adds the two steps most platforms stop short of: it uploads approved videos straight into your own Meta ad account as paused drafts, and it pays each creator a share of the revenue their video actually generates instead of a flat fee per clip.
How much does Hotline cost?
Plans start at US$79 per month billed annually, or US$99 month to month, and every plan includes the whole pipeline: briefs, submissions, Meta uploads, attribution and pay runs. Growth is US$159 a month billed annually and Agency is US$399, the difference being how many brands you run, how large the roster gets and how many team members you bring in. Every plan starts with a 7 day trial.
How much do UGC creators make?
On Hotline there is no flat rate: a creator earns a percentage of the revenue their video generates, so a video that runs and sells pays more than one that does not. The brand sets that percentage, an optional cap on what any single video can earn, and the hold period before a balance clears, which starts at 14 days. All of it is on the invite before the creator accepts, and a balance is paid out once it passes US$10.
How are royalties calculated?
As a percentage of the revenue Meta attributes to each individual video, measured against the terms set for that creator. Both sides read the same numbers: the brand sees them across the account, and the creator sees impressions, clicks, CTR and earnings for their own videos, so a royalty is never a matter of trust. Balances clear after the hold period and go out on the brand's schedule, weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
Do I need my own Meta ad account?
Yes. Hotline connects to your Meta Business account with scoped permissions and writes paused draft ads into your campaigns, so your spend, pixel and audiences stay yours and nothing runs through us. Revoke access whenever you like and every ad you already have live keeps running.
Can creators see my ad account?
No. Creators see only their own videos, their own performance and their own earnings. Account-wide spend, ROAS and every other creator on the roster stay on the brand side.
What terms does a creator agree to?
The commercial terms, set per creator and shown on the invite before they accept: the share of revenue they earn, any cap on a single video, the hold period, and how often payouts run. Because Hotline pays on performance rather than buying a clip outright, a creator keeps earning for as long as their video keeps producing revenue, up to that cap. Licensing itself is agreed between you and the creator, as it would be anywhere else.
How is this different from a UGC marketplace?
A marketplace sells you a video for a fixed fee and its job ends at delivery. Hotline is built for what happens after: approved videos go into your Meta account, spend and revenue sync back against the creator who made them, and royalties accrue automatically. The practical difference is incentive, because a creator paid on performance has a reason to care which hook works.
Do I need Shopify?
Only for gifting. Briefs, submissions, Meta uploads, attribution, royalties and payouts all run without it. Connecting Shopify adds the product catalogue creators request from, and turns an approved request into a real order with tracking they follow inside the app.
